Job Description
Ensure that the electrical design installation is in line with Airbus requirements
Complete design/check/analyse/investigation activities for the electrical harness and equipment installation
Quality support/check/QRQC, Tracking, and Documentation of all design checker rework findings
Ensure deliverables technical progression in respect with the quality, time, cost and requirements
Creating and Checking 3D/F3D, BOM consolidation
Identify technical issues in the Digital Mock Up
Exchange with the customer the design progress, findings, solving & clarification of blocking points
Perform feasibility studies for Harness & Equipment Installation
Study creation, including IP management
Follow-up of the activity, ensure interface and close communication within the team
Continuous Improvement of all allocated activities
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Aircraft Electrical Engineering ATA92 Procedures (SIDP/EIRD)
Good knowledge of CATIA V5, DMU, VPM A350, PASS SSI, PDM Link SSCI, SAP, Zamiz,
iMade, LabTrack, Office Tools, RIC, CIRCE, TRESTI, ADB, GEOSEARCH
General Functional knowledge: PD and WD
Signature Delegation AP1020 (preferably)
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems
Good experience of secondary structure (ESI/MSI) design
Knowledge of assembly / subassembly components
Good knowledge of the Airbus procedures
Configuration Management Airbus Documents/Procedures
Knowledge of Manufacturing (Harness/Harness Installation)
Proactivness, goal oriented, team player
Good knowledge of English language and communication skills
Able to manage priorities
