The Sr. Program Manager (PM) pilots a program from program award (or management decision for an internal R&D project) until the end of the program. Also, participates in the bid/no bid phase.
-Pilot Development programs and sustaining programs
-Contribute to the bid/no bid phase (or management decision for an internal R&D project)
-Drive interfaces with the customer during the overall life cycle of the program
-Lead the Integrated Program Team (IPT)
-Monitor program performance indicators, including the Earned Value Management Indicator
-Conduct program objectives meeting Quality, Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance objectives and Customer Satisfaction during the overall life cycle of the program
-Must have a Bachelor’s degree. Degree in Engineering preferred.
-Minimum of five years experience in product development, project management, or program management support and prior experience as a Program Manager II. Aerospace industry experience preferred.
-Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project
-PMI Certification preferred
